– Door leaf 60 mm, reinforced sound insulation. Patented engineered structure, double – laminated solid wood frame + two HDF panels, 6 mm each. Primed for painting.
– The aluminum tip edge – additional protection and design (option).
– If the door height is more than 240 сm, a special compensation rod is installed inside the door leaf to correct the possible bending.
– The aluminum door frame(UNION patent) cannot be deformed by humidity and temperature changes at humidity and temperature changes. Reinforced structural rigidity.
– The basic finish of the door frame is anodized aluminum, Chrome Matt color. It can be used as a finishing as well as a base for painting, allowing to adjust the color to the wall while assembling.
– The door frame, the aluminum tip edge and the handle can be presented in any finishing offered by the manufacturer.
– The hidden Door–frame is reversible, heat–treated aluminum.Additional structural strength is designed for heavy doors.
– Hidden reinforced loops OTLAV (made in Italy). Adjustable in three planes.
– Noise–free magnetic lock AGB (made in Italy).
– DEVENT sealer (made in Germany), super elastic, wear resistant.
– Calipers (made in Italy), for wall mounting and adjustment.
– Reinforcing mesh for plastering, both sides, guarantee against the plaster cracking.
– Opening “pull opening – OUT” (180°) or “push opening – IN” model Inverso (95°).

- Measure the necessary dimensions of a doorway L2/H2 (width, height). For standard door sizes a discount is provided.
- Plaster the walls vertically (without deflections). Prepare the walls for the final finishing.
- The door is installed on the same level as a finishing floor. Make sure your floor is finished or you have a mark of a final floor level. The floor must be flat, without weirs.
