PIVOT–60 rotary door, glossy enamel LACCATO GLOSS

A new model(brand new model) from UNION is a pivot door PIVOT–60 on a hidden door frame. Canvas 60 mm thick in LACCATO GLOSS finishes.
Hidden aluminum door frame and edge aluminum profile are available in any of 9 possible finishes.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

– Door leaf 60 mm, reinforced sound insulation. Engineering construction, frame made of double timber,multi–layered solid wood+ two HDF panels.
– Finishing of the canvas: LACCATO GLOSS– glossy enamel.
– Aluminum end edge – additional protection and aesthetics (optional).
– When the door height is more than 240 cm, the special compensation rod for correcting possible bending  is mounted  inside of the canvas.
–The aluminum door frame is not subject to deformation when humidity and temperature change. Reinforced rigidity of the structure.
– The base finish of the door frame is anodized aluminum, Chrome Matt color. It can be used as a finish as well as a base for painting, allowing to adjust the color to the wall.
– The door frame, the aluminum edge and the handle can be in any of the finishes offered by the manufacturer.
– Hidden reinforced pivoting hinges.
– Noise–free magnetic lock AGB (made in Italy).
– Opening "From the opening – OUT" or "Into the opening – IN" with the preservation of coplanarity (a single plane with the wall).
– Maximum dimensions: width up to 120 cm, height up to 300 cm.

1. Measure the necessary dimensions of a doorway L2/H2 (width, height). For standard door sizes a discount is provided.
2. Plaster the walls vertically (without deflections). Prepare the walls for the final finishing.
3. The door is installed on the same level as a finishing floor. Make sure your floor is finished or you have a mark of a final floor level.  The floor must be flat, without weirs.
